Make HTML/JS for landing page

We are building a landing page for our suppliers where they will need to fill in their information. The project includes: [login to view URL] landing page in desktop and mobile view. 2. 1 advertisement banner. We already designed the landing page and the banner which can be found at the following link: Please note: A)At the link for the landing page there is a thank you page which is exactly the same like the main page except that it says thank you to the user for after submitting his information. (It is the same page) B)The job is for frontend development not the backend we have someone else on our team that will do the backend. C) We put on the project folder the JPG files for the project in order for you to estimate the project cost once the project starts we will supply PSD files. Requirements: [login to view URL] freelancer must have knowledge in Photoshop as our initial design is in a PSD file. [login to view URL] are using the most up to date Photoshop “artboards” the freelancer must have experience using “artboards”. 3)The freelancer will only use HTML,CSS,and JS native for the project(no sass) 4) The font being used for the project is [login to view URL] it is an open source font and must be installed on the page. 5)For the landing page the freelancer will send one file that contains sections for CSS,HTML and JS. 6)The mobile version of the page includes a slider the photos for the slider will be taken from the desktop version. 7)The freelancer can use jquery for the slider(This is the only part of the code which will not have to be JavaScript native). 8)The freelancer will make a separate page for the banner where all text will be converted to HTML. (By mistake we added other banners to the project information the only banner you will need to convert to HTML from PSD is the 350 on 350 ) 9)All the text for the project is in Hebrew the freelancer must be able to work with Hebrew fonts. All the text must be live html not as a image 10)The freelancer will get access to our FTP to upload the photos all photos must live on our FTP. 11)The freelancer must use legal programs only for the project. We will sign the freelancers on a document where they commit to use legal programs only and they understand that by not using legal programs if their will be a law suit against our company for not using legal programs the law suit will go automatically against them not our company.
