I'm searching for a longterm pair programming partner with weekend work/teaching. Support impressing my clients in Europe with newest Javascript technologies. Help me improve my javascript skills. Take some of my workload when many projects. Work schedule in start (now): - Demo Day (2-3h = 4$): Weekend will be 2-3hours with me screen-sharing, pair-programming, knowledge-transfer & teaching. - Solo work (9h = 18$): During the week on your own schedule to work on tasks, prepare for presentation. Total 22$ a week. (if it works well over time larger project can be made, i just want to make sure we have a good workflow and trust each other before we start on larger projects) Preferably an Indian developer that can work a low hourly rate until projects become profitable. 1-5$ an hour but non-stressful interesting work with big long-term potential. If the corporation works well the hourly rate can go up accordingly. If our projects succeed I will be able to pay very well, but first the project needs to get off the ground. I'm a senior UI/UX designer with entry-level Javascript skills. I seek a javascript expert that can help me offer full-stack webapp development with modern javascript technologies. Need a Modern Javascript Expert for task support, teaching & virtual assistants. Will support development of startup projects, personal projects, consulting jobs, teaching. React.js, Angular.js, jQuery, Vanilla Javascript, Firebase. I need a developer that has low hour rate since much of the work will not be billable to end client because much work will be personal projects, teaching & virtual assistance. High probability to make good European hour rates if longterm commitment and project success. If we progress well everyone gets paid well. I do NOT need a developer that just take orders and does not consider the end product, don't care about code quality or end-customer value. I do NOT want to work with a company that acts as a person. I want a real person I can have a personal relationship with and a long-term corporation with to make complex innovative web apps. I don't wanna re-explain what we are working on all the time. Creative and intelligent problem-solving is much appreciated. I have access to top clients that can pay outstanding but first, we need to deliver unique products and deliver outstanding consistent results. Web apps we will be working on: - Social media apps: location matching, interest matching. - Business networks: job sites, real estate sites, market sites. - Product configurators: E-commerce, online marketing Since we are working with many different timezones you have to be sharp on time and have well structured communication and workflow.
