Write or modify existing script to automate web site

Improve / expand upon an existing javascript which does automation on a specific web site, using chromedriver and selenium. The existing script already does most of the work, but I need some changes and improvements.
It opens a chrome window, loads the site, logs in, navigates to a page and does some clicks until a condition is met, then logs out and waits a given time period before repeating. I need a few additions and modifications.
