Customisation Joomla Yootheme Zoo + RSForm interaction

I'm using Yootheme Zoo CCK and RSForm in a Joomla Project. (See: [login to view URL]) Every Zoo item contains information like, name, adress and email. On the page where the zoo item is rendered we also show a form built with RSForm. Now I want to capture the email-adress from the zoo item into the form to send a mesage to the right person. Please see here for an example: [login to view URL] Your job is to find a way to transfer the email-adress data from the ZOO-item into the RSForm webform.
