Front-End Web Development with Advanced Features

I am in need of a skilled web developer to create the front-end of my website. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with modern web design techniques, particularly responsive design for mobile devices.
Key Requirements:
- Responsive Design: The website should be visually appealing on various devices, providing an optimal user experience.
- Interactive Maps and Animations: The front-end should include interactive elements such as maps and animations to enhance user engagement.
- Design Preferences: I am looking for a minimalistic and clean design, as well as an elegant and modern design. If you have experience with these design styles, it would be a great advantage.
Experience with Joomla CMS is a plus, as this is my preferred content management system. Your familiarity with Joomla will help ensure a seamless integration of the front-end with the back-end.
The successful candidate for this project will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their web design skills and experience. Effective communication and a proactive approach to problem-solving will be highly valued.
