We have a joomla site. We want to create one special user, who should be able to login to admin backend, but this user should only have the option to manage users (add, edit, delete). This should be the only option for this user.

We want you to implement this on our test site, and explain how you did it, so we can replicate on our live site.

We only want you to make use of standard Joomla functions for this.
