Need JOOMLA Expert!!!

Hi Guys, JOOMLA EXPERTS ONLY! I don't want Guys who having the basic ideas of JOOMLA. I am expecting the guys should have well knowledge in JOOMLA. Again, I dont want basic ideas of JOOMLA. I need the guys, should do new website designs and need to convert in joomla. Guys need to do in my website: 1. Need to convert my entire website in JOOMLA, with CMS, polls, Survey Form.
