Laravel Developer for Multiple Tasks

We have multiple tasks for an ADULT social site that has been developed in Laravel. The site is 85% complete but we need the following to be added and resolved in the priority order:
1). User Search is not working until few hours after signup. This needs to be set to work as soon as the user signs up.
2). Media urls are not locked: This needs to be addressed by setting up Amazon Cloudfront pre signed urls with expiration policy in the S3 storage. The storage option is already there for amazon S3 but need to set up the cloudfront restrictions by the public and private key. (Code example can be provided to help set up this faster)
3) FFMPEG integration done and also installed on the server but doesn’t work-needs to be checked and proper cron job needs to be set up. Videos are ending up in the queue but not being processed.
4). API Integration for 3rd Party compliance on content monitoring: Full documentation will be given to integrate this. Sandbox environment available. There are four integrations within this API and all 4 need to be implemented with appropriate integration in the backend:
a). Identity Verification
b). Content Moderation
c). Live Stream Moderation
d). Complaint Resolution
5). We also need rules to be set up so that there is a minimum number of posts that a user needs to maintain every month to be allowed on the site. Same code and system is available for this.
6) Integration for Now Payments gateway to allow Crypto (we have a API docs and a template that will help you integrate this faster)
7) Integration of payment plan and pricing tables. (We also have the sample code for this too so that the development can be faster)
