We need a cold email expert to help us connect with potential clients and find leads. The perfect candidate should know all about email marketing strategies and be able to write captivating and personalized cold emails that catch people's attention. It would also be great if they have experience using email automation tools and are comfortable with CRM platforms. We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

About the project:

We are a 2 person small Agency and would like to have more leads/ customers. I have not finalised the tool yet, whether it should be [login to view URL] or instantly.ai. I can follow your recommendation.

We are in the digital marketing and technology line.

Our Services: Search (SEA, SEO, Google Shopping), Marketing-Technologies (Programmatic Advertising, Native Ads, Display Advertising, GA4, GTM, Tracking & Tagging).

I can brief you more on what kind of customers and locations etc. at a later stage.

What I need:

I don't want to get involved in operative management of lead generation. Thus, I am looking for a freelancer/ an agency that can take care of it. You surely need to coordinate with me when it comes to email contents or any other issue. I would like to focus on my day to day business and would like to get contacted when necessary. Any meetings/ communication with any potential client will be taken care by me.

For me, it does not matter if you do all the three parts alone or in a team or again outsource it to somebody else for a part of the project. For me, the important thing is, it should function and YOU, the project taker will be responsible to make sure that the things run smoothly.

The initial set-up Part:

I have registered two extra Domain names for Lead Generation purpose. The google workspace for new Email addresses will be created. Hence it will be at least 2 domains and per domain 3 email addresses. This will be provided by me. Hoster details will be provided to you.

1) You will take care of SPF, DKIM, DMARC.

2) You make sure of all the "spam free" stuff/ set-up that is required for cold mail strategy/ project.

If you think that I should register new names and need more domains. Feel free to let me know about it.

PLEASE QUOTE ME YOUR PRICE FOR THIS CONSIDERING 2 DOMAINS AND 3 EMAIL ADDRESSES PER DOMAIN.

The content part:

1) Create either two different e-mail sequences. Each sequence will have 4 e-mails. Each content piece will have approx 150 words (+/-). We can then test the two campaigns to see which yields the better results.

OR

2) One single e-mail sequence with 8 e-mails. Each content piece will have approx 150 words.

If we really stick to the number of 8 emails, could be mutually decided but for now this is what I think.

Campaign Management part:

I am planning to send 25 Emails per address per day. The number could be increased or decreased as per your experience/ our final discussion. But this is my initial thought.

1) Naming the Sequences, selection target groups based on briefings, selection of personas or other vital criteria etc.

2) Sending, monitoring and analysing the email campaigns

3) Selection and changing target groups/ persona etc. criterias based on briefings and or results. Here, I need more impulse and proactive approach from your side.

PLEASE QUOTE ME YOUR PRICE FOR THIS CONSIDERING THE THREE POINTS ABOVE AND ANY COMMUNICATION TIME INVOLVED.

The project price mentioned over here could be ignored.

1) You send me your price and any details PER PROJECT BLOCK I have mentioned above. If anything is unclear, let me know and I can answer your questions.

2) We will have a video call with video on so that I can see you and you can see me.

3) I can decide by Friday and you can start from there on.

4) Criterias for the selection will be whether our wave length matches and price.

Just for your information:

Prices for the domain, google workspace and the tool (Apollo or instantly) will be paid by me directly.
