I'm looking to launch an e-commerce site in Australia and require the site's terms and conditions to be written, ideally by an Australian legal professional.
The T&C's should include all the requirements for trading, including the requirements that banks require to gain a credit card merchant facility along with Eway's requirements too.
Previous experience of writing T&C's for Australian website is highly regarded.
All bids must provide samples of previous work that is similar to this project.
