Simple but Urgent Legal Research & Writing - 2 to 3 Pages - Project 1 - $50 max

Max Budget: $50. This is about 1 to 3 hours worth of work, depending on how experienced/efficient you are. You must have access to Westlaw, LexisNexis or another reliable site that will allow you to accurately look up recent case law and to shephardize/keycite case law. You will be provided with basic facts that should be incorporated in the motion. In addition, you will be provided with cases/case law that is relevant to applicable fact. However, in some instances you may be required to go through the case and find the most suitable passages to include and/or to find other cases that could also serve as support. You will be provided with information concerning what would be "mandatory authority" and what would be "persuasive authority" in this particular instance. This is 1 of several projects. We would appreciate someone who could give a quick turnaround (i.e., start immediately upon being selected and finish in a few hours). If all goes well, we could immediately have another project ready for you.
