Need Legal/Tax Advice for American online Startup to open office in Chennai, India

I am an Entrepreneur based in the U.S. looking to start an office for an online company in Chennai, India. Although born and raised in America have spent months in India for work which is what has lead me to Chennai at this point. This is a new company so I don’t have previous company financials for any proof of this company’s income.
What I am looking to do- Looking to start a small office (rent/lease) in India to support 10 associates to start. All business will be done online. There won't be any direct sales in India itself, mostly with American and European companies with all money going to the U.S. and not India. Looking to start the office in next 12-18 months, however want to get a clear picture of what it would take now and if it makes the most sense to approach this way. I want to hire employees if possible instead of contractors.
What I need-
1. What are the legal things I must do, submit, file, etc. to start an office there and be able to employee my team, pay them and for my expenses?
2. How long (estimated range is fine) to do all of the above to be able to start?
3. What is the estimated cost to be able to do all of items for number 1?
4. Are there minimum requirements for starting an office in India or hiring full time employees there from an American companies in terms of proof of finances, percent of ownership to come from Indian resident, etc.?
5. If there are multiple ways to approach what I would need to do to be able to start an office in India and hire employees would like to know both (The Best Long-Term Option, and The Easiest Option).
6. I currently have a 5 year business visa with a couple years left on it. Is that the visa I would need for setting up and visiting my office there or would I need another to be able to do what I need there for it?
7. With the above described scenario what would my business or personally be responsible for in India from a Tax perspective (if any)?
8. For the employees that I would hire in India would I have to withhold anything from their checks (salary) or that my company would owe for taxes or other government/local costs?
9. What do I need to be able to open a bank account there to be able to pay for local costs and the teams’ salaries?
10. How are bonuses for Indian employees regarded from a tax perspective? Does it matter if it is cash vs. some item of value?
