Hi I'm looking for lawyer/solicitor who can help with my current situation 6 month ago I had a County court judgement for a parking fine entered against my name I was not aware of the CCJ or any proceeding until I viewed my credit file. To date I have a court hearing soon to have the CCJ put aside I have already sent my statement to the court and given evidence to the fact I was not living at my previous address where the CCJ was issued.
