basesystem commands not working ubuntu 16.04

i make a mistake, i try to install yum with repos from centos on ubuntu and now i get errors from every command i use,
root@Ubuntu-1604-xenial-64-minimal /lib # ls -la
ls: relocation error: /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libc.so.6: symbol _dl_find_dso_for_object, version GLIBC_PRIVATE not defined in file ld-linux-x86-64.so.2 with link time reference
if i close my connection from putty i cannot login again, i need someone to fix it immediately

Hello I think the only way around now maybe by chrooting it it from non-native ubuntu. All the commands needed, connectivity will be messed up until the links and file versions are fixed.
