We recently lost a critical team member. One of the components he was responsible for in our system is a Linux machine with a number of mySQL databases on it. Our other (Windows Based) systems access this machine for a variety of web services (PHP scripts) and also to access/update these mySQL databses. We realize that this machine and these databases are not in our backup sets and yet represent a critical component in our system.

We are looking for a Linux expert to come on site (Burbank, CA) and create a clone of this critical machine without disturbing it's running state. At the same time, we will discuss and implement a proper daily back up procedure for the databases contained.
