Need Powershell script

I am a Windows Server Administrator by Profession and PowerShell scripting is my passion. Whenever I start writing a script, I see it from all the positive & negative aspects to make it more reliable & efficient. I have fulfilled such requirements previously using batch scripts and hence have the workflow in my mind.
