Parse Ubuntu system mail and send to S3

- save one email per file

I can provide samples but it's a standard format.

Note that we have lot's of big emails (i.e. 2-3GB in total) and limited CPU so this needs to be quick.

Must be able to run as cron every few minutes (and finish!).
