Self-hosting services behind a CG-NAT with cloudflare tunnel

Looking for a freelancer who has high experience setting up mini web servers or NAS behind a CG-NAT provider. (ISP providers that DO NOT offer port forwarding and static IP). As this task requires high technical knowledge, the freelancer would have to have a very good oral communication skill. We would be setting up a talk google meet session prior to the start of the task. The task is divided into two parts: A) First part is to establish the minimum requirement that the NAS would have to have in order to meet the requirements of the "proposed solution" you will be giving for the work around of "hosting a web service" behind the CG-NAT B) Moving the files from the present VPS and Set up the hosting service on the newly acquired NAS which would be sitting behind a CG-NAT The NAS that we have in mind is an ASUSTOR so if you are familiar with ASUSTOR NAS then it’s a good advantage. Also, if you are familiar with setting up Cloudflare tunnels is also an advantage for this task. The reason this is a two-part task is because the freelancer must be 100% sure of his proposed solution, meaning that I cannot hire one freelancer telling me that product XYZ would do the job and then hiring a second freelancer and then telling that the product XYZ is not good after it has been bought, that is why the two part task must be done with the same freelancer. This means that you must know your field of expertise quite well.
