I have had more than 23 years of experience in the field of ICT. In my 7 years as Technical Support Supervisor, I was able to refine my skills in the following aspects:
• Perform server hardware auditing, maintenance, installation/upgrade of operating system to Windows 2008-2012 Server thru remote connection (RDP/Teamview/LogmeIn/VNC).
• Configuration and Installation of computers, servers and network components for the client or in the office.
• Provide training/assistance for clients on using and managing software/system that they bought and is installed on their computer.
• Installation/implementation of Local Area Network (cable or wireless) as well as manage wireless LAN and other networking equipment such as routers, switches, hubs, AP, etc.
• Provide technical support via Remote, thru telephone, or onsite.
• Manage and supervise the team on working and resolving CRM cases/tickets in the best possible solution in a timely manner
• Monitors open tickets till it is resolved.
• Create KB’s in the CRM so other Support Engineer can easily resolve similar cases that they are currently working at.
• Proposed and oversee installation of Multimedia Projectors and Interactive Whiteboards.
• Setting up for live video streaming for clients.
• Setup Windows Media Server that will play all digitized analog video from the Library and can be viewed on any computer machine in the building.
• Create reports of weekly cases/tickets that was resolved and that are still being worked
