I'm not sure your file have problem or not. But you can open VDMK files with 7-Zip >> Extract >> then Open file nfts agian with 7-Zip >> then copy or you install VMware Workstation , then can Map this file VDMK then restore data, use copy :D. I think you can do it, so easy. But if not just call me. Have nice day!
