Web Hosting Provider Help

I am looking for someone who has experience working at a web hosting company or something related. We are a company trying to enter the web hosting space and need some experts to help us with several projects. Right now we need help with how to setup a server for reseller hosting. We already have a server setup with cPanel but do not know if we should have the server where the hosting accounts will go separate from that server or not. Please indicate what you suggest, and why with your bid. If it requires a new server, then we want you to set that up for us. Then show us steps on how we can allow people to signup for their own reseller accounts. The new server, if applicable, should connect to all of our existing network of servers. We need the following as optional additions to hire you for after this project: 1) Is it possible to setup new Plesk control panel with existing WHMCS so we can have 2 options for our resellers 2) Recommendation and implementation of firewall for entire host network 3) Recommendation and implementation of DDoS protection ideas/implementation 4) Install and configure backup of entire network of servers, we are looking at R1Soft but open to multiple options 5) Not necessary for you if you are not a Windows person, but we want to offer Windows VPS and need recommendations on how to provide in addition to our existing OpenVZ/Xen/KVM platform. 6) Need help installing Game Servers to resale 7) Need help with "Wordpress" only hosting, optimized for that purpose 8) Need help with "VPN" server only hosting, optimized for that purpose.
