Develop a Motivational speaking website

I would like a motivational speaking website with 2 syncronize windows in? Flash? (very much like the look of [[url removed, login to view]][1] home page.? Left window for pictures and? the right window? for quotes. I'm looking for a designer who can create a unique **LOGO** which ties in? the overall theme for the website. The site will include? a menu bar, an "about us"page with a slot for bio (head shot), A "contact us" page with fill out form, Testimonial and FAQ page. Also 3 sub category boxes? towards middle /bottom of home? page.

? ? ? ? I would also like a nice video page (eg. youtube), a section? with follow us:? facebook, twitter, youtube and blogs icons. Most importantly I would like the website to be well organize, simple and bright with fonts/texts that pops (eg. <[url removed, login to view]>? .
