Logo Design (rental site)

We are looking to develop a long-term relationship with a talented and reliable logo designer. Our current project is a logo design for a web 2.0 style start up property search site. The site features apartments, houses, condos, and townhomes for rent in the select cities in the United States. I have attached a zip folder of several web 2.0 logo that I like. I also have attached a mockup of what our header will look like. We'd like the logo to fit on the right hand side. It will be on a white background unless you use one of the icon choices i have included. I would like to see 2-3 concepts. One should feature a thought bubble like similar to the one found in the logos folder. Another should look more like a button like the jet blue or kajeet logo. Requirements are as follows: - Logo must be a vector file (illustrator compatible) - Logo must resemble web 2.0 style similar to the attached samples - Proofs should be submitted all on the same page (low res ok, pdf preffered) so that we can compare them all together I want to emphasize that we are looking for a long term relationship. Bid should be standard price per logo as described above. Preference will be given to designers who submit solid portfolios and customized bids. Please DO NOT submit generic placeholder bids. Payment will be made on completion. Please do not ask for prepayment.
