macOS (10.14+) App to create customized application folders (incl. icon) in iCloud Drive

I am looking for a developer for a macOS (10.14+) app. The app has only one function. It should create an application folder (including a personal icon) in the iCloud Drive so that all devices can see this folder (with the icon). Currently you can create a directory in the iCloud Drive. However, these directories are "normal" directories and cannot be personalized with an icon. Even if you give a directory its own icon on a Mac, the folder will be synchronized, but the icon of the folder will not. Only a standard icon is displayed and not the personalized one. The app should now create exactly such an application folder with a personal icon. The app should be able to run as often as you want to create several different folders (with personal icons) in the iCloud Drive. Structure of the App: - in the upper right corner a status of iCloud should be displayed. Depending on whether an iCloud account is logged in or not, this should be visible there. If you are not logged into the iCloud, you should be redirected from macOS to the iCloud settings in the Control Panel. - there's a little box in the middle. If you click in there, the Finder should open to select a personal image (.jpg/.png), which should later display the icon of the folder. - below this box is a text field. There you should enter the name of the future folder inside the iCloud Drive. - at the bottom there is only a button "Create folder". If you have selected the image and defined a name for the folder, the app should then create the application folder with the previously defined image within the iCloud Drive (where you are logged in - see upper right corner of the app). It is important that it is an application folder and not a normal folder. The personalized folder should be synchronized on all devices within the iCloud Drive. I would like to have all the code including the rights after the completion so that I can develop the app further at a later time. The app should be developed according to Apple's code guidelines and should not contain any unauthorized functions (e.g. data retrieval, access to unauthorized areas, infiltration of unknown code, etc.). Especially these functions will be tested on a test environment with a test account.
