Sir I am a local in Hong Kong, not from China but I am familiar with things there. I did handle a similar case years ago. But I asked the chinese for a deposit before sending them the mould. After they returned, the deposit was refunded. The mould was returned but overall the Chinese was really damned. What matters most is have you made an agt with the Chinese on giving them the mould, that they must return? In your case, the local police and commercial dept should be informed. And US General Consulate in Guangzhou may also be needed. Why the mould was sent and are you now doing business with the Chinese? Tell me more before I will see if I can really help. Dont go there without thought. China is a jungle where we are not predator but prey only. Rgds Ron
