You have been chosen as one of six from among all the applicants for the original posting. We've had to resubmit the job since it took so much time to read through all of the submissions and qulifications.
We are looking for 37 short, "How to" documents relating to starting a small business. Each document should be around 700 - 900 words. Each topic needs to be researched from factual and verifiable information. All documents must be properly footnoted if directly quoting from another souce. Please observe standard rules regarding plagiarism as information must be considered original works. We will verify the copy using an anti-plagiarism website.
The target audience should be an average US English speaker with a high school education. Use a light sprkinkling of slang and idiomatic, everyday expressions to give a conversational feel. Write in a manner that simplifies the business startup concepts so that the average person can relate to them. Use step by step instructions where appropriate.
We will pay your for writing a few test articles and then award the rest of the contract to the person/people who write the best articles and can fit our timeframe of 5 days. Since we need to get the 37 articles done in a hurry, we prefer people who have a team, or those who are willing to split this first batch between other contractors in order to meet the deadline. We have a total of 100 articles that we eventually need written. Some of the article will be re-writes of things we've already written.
