1. ID your actual requirement, the purpose, the actual goal of your business, therfore your proper marketing position, also know your budget expected, I assume makret analysis has been done by if not prior to this stage.
2. Outline your marketing devlopment phases, that is given the position of your business, set the marketing objective i.e. whether to gain market awareness or try to boost actual sales etc. The phase of figure out the what and when together with the estimated budget plan.
3. Setup the strategies of those in phase two. Answering the "how" to those and try to have plan to make it work, also fine tune the objectives and time, coz sometimes planning might be difficult to achieve. ofcoz, budget allocation too.
4. Execution, record, ongoing review and fine tune if needed.
5. Phases completion review and modify plan afterward.
