Retail In-Person Sales Promoter Needed

I’m rolling out a field-based retail campaign and need an energetic marketer who thrives on face-to-face interaction. Your core mission is simple: stand inside (or just outside) our partner stores, grab shoppers’ attention, demonstrate the product, answer questions, and convert curiosity into on-the-spot sales. What the work looks like • Set up and keep tidy a small demo or promo station provided by us. • Approach potential customers proactively, deliver a clear value pitch, and guide interested shoppers to purchase. • Track basic metrics—footfall engaged, demos given, units sold—and send me a short end-of-day summary (spreadsheet or app update is fine). • Collect any quick feedback you hear (“price too high”, “wish it came in blue”, etc.) so we can fine-tune the offer. Ideal background You’ve already worked promotions inside retail stores, kiosks, pop-ups, or trade-show booths and know how to stay upbeat for several hours. Strong verbal communication, a friendly but persuasive style, and the ability to think on your feet are essential. Experience juggling small cashless POS devices or demo gear is a plus.
