Sales manager - apply for Brazilian only

**General

Responsible for generating own leads through online research, email campaigns and industry specific events

Identifying requirements of business sectors, converting leads into wins

Growing an extensive and profitable portfolio

Leading, prospecting, meeting clients and delivering sales presentations

Building solid relationships with a wide variety of clients including: Retail, Professional and Institutional

Retain, support, and make sure that existing clients are receiving high quality service that would keep them active

Maintaining relationships with clients and affiliates/introducers through phone, email, and Live Person chat

Manage the sales target that will drive the growth of the business unit and drive to encourage employee morale;

Review the sales strategy by analyzing the assigned market, product, and competitor data;

**Account management

Regularly contact to maintain existing customer relationships

Ability to negotiate additional business sales outside of contractual agreements

Upsell into current accounts

**Staff management

Recruiting/ Training of staff on products, system and sales techniques;

Making sure staff performance and behaviour is acceptable and where it is not taking steps to resolve situation within employment law guidelines;

Coach and give ongoing training to maximise development and performance of team members;

Run effective weekly meetings and forums to engage, motivate and train team members.

**Requirement

Must be Brazilian

2-5 years of experience in finance with at least one year in sales

Excellent knowledge of finance markets and products

Very strong verbal and written communication, teamwork and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated, willingness to drive client relationships independently

Ability to achieve KPI
