i am making a project where it is divided into two parts one is fault detection based on junction tree algorithm (JTA), and the other is healing the fault through DASH algorithm. I am doing a prototype project where i am considering a network which has 3 symptoms and 2 faults. so based on that i need to code in Matlab such that given for an instance that symptom 1 and 2 has occurred, there is a probability that fault 1 has occurred and so on. I do have some files attached below, which is my work on this project so far.
