Hi, I'm not sure whether this is in MSAccess as you've listed, or MySQL and PHP. However, I'm more than capable of resolving the three issues for you in either environment. In terms of a solution, 1) An existing function that needs an escape, whether that's in VBA or PHP. 2) Some changes within the database using a simple MySQL, maybe with some basic manipulation in Excel depending on the number of prices that need to be changed. 3) A simple SQL query and if not in Access, a PHP script to display the results.
