I am responsible for looking after a small warehouse which means we have to have various inspections done. Rather than have a paper file I want a small database in Microsoft Access that lets me file away scanned documents. The system would be In two levels. The top level gives an overview of the task and when it was done when it next needs to be done. There should be a link that lets me click on any task and opens up a screen with various documents relevant to the task such as inspection certificates. I would need to be able to add, Edit and delete tasks and I also would need to be able to add and remove documents for any task. That is it. Below is a very simple spreadsheet showing the fields. The exact implementation details don't matter that much so long as I can achieve my aim.
