I need to perform Fuzzy Search on bulk list of transactions data. Previously used Ms Excel Fuzzy search, is good but is not good for bulk data etc. 300,000+ transactions.

A bit about data, its a SAP generated file, in bulk quantity (min 300k to 1mln transactions) with 29+ columns and in a table form.

i have to perform the Fuzzy search on a unique custom made field for ex: "Vendor No + Invoice Number".

Since excel cannot handle this volume, wondering if i can get the same through Access or any other tool which i can use to perform the fuzzy search at this scale of transactions.

Please ensure that Fuzzy Search includes following criteria:

Number of matches: 3 (or we can +/- on the basis of our need.

Similarity threshold: % (ideally +85% or between 90% - 99%)
