They copy onto the job at call-off and never reach the application, which totals the client price alone. Neither is a Power Platform problem, so rebuilding the same lookup in Dataverse carries both across. House types become their own table that plots point at by relationship rather than by spelling, and extras become child rows the application sums. Then the rest: issued applications frozen as records instead of regenerated from live rows, so a reprint months later still matches what the client received; deductions as an append-only ledger, since editing a draw currently overwrites it with no history; solution and environments in your tenant from day one.
