Microsoft Dynamics Implementation Specialist needed for Federal Way, WA

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Implementation specialist in Federal Way, Washington for a Manufacturing client.
Basically the client currently has an MS Access on-premise application which talks to several devices like barcode scanners, printers, etc. This application moves a production job from station to station in an assembly line mode until the job is completed.
We need someone to do an initial assessment and come up with the next steps to replace teh existing application with a cloud-based Dynamics application. This person will then need to work with our offshore consultants to develop the application, and serve as the onsite consultant to get the new platform implemented and connected to the on-premise scanners, printers and other devices.
