Backup all Websites on a Windows Azure Server

We need help to backup all hosting accounts on an Azure server and zipping all the files and databases, labelling them clearly in case we need to restore. We would like to cancel this hosting but need everything backed up before we do.
We are unfamiliar with Azure (we are cPanel people) and need someone to simply create backups of all the files and databases on the server for us.
