Argentinian SMS Verification Testing

I need real-world confirmation that an SMS sent through my direct connections to Argentinian operators reaches an end-user handset and that the follow-up phone-number verification step works flawlessly. I am not using Twilio, Nexmo or Plivo for this run; everything routes straight through local Argentinian operators, so the test must be executed within Argentina on a standard mobile subscription. 1. The test results are recorded on video. 2. All testing steps are clearly visible in the video recording.
