New ROM for Android phone

Hello,

I have ordered new mobile phone Jiayu G2F. (Hope will get it in 2 weeks)

I need to change original or custom rom to the following

1. No pictures or company logos, symbols when the phone starts.

2. Change it to new logo or logo and text (I'll send).

3. Default launcher should ignore intent "[url removed, login to view]". As result launcher shouldn't be start at boot. I need it in the case if new installed application will start as a launcher. In the case if the new version of this application will be installed it is again will be the launcher without any extra questions which launches should be default.

4. Switches for the speaker always off . Only for booting new Rom. The rest buttons are off ( like return or home). Power switch is the only working button.

5. No sim cards to be accepted and network search, no sim info on the screen i.e not a phone any more. At least only to show that.

6. All useless applications to be removed (almost all like camera, GPS, GPRS, sms, messages etc.). Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB connection as a flash drive needed.

7. Russian language to be supported in the applications installed, not the operation system.

8. Root.

So it will be the device, in some sense like PDA, for one application only, which starts automatically (when the mobile is on) and uses as a launcher.

User starts the mobile, only new logo appears, than the application launches. If the updates of the application is installed anyway it should be the default launcher.

In the case if I need to exit the application I return to initial launcher and but can see only one screen. One icon on it. Icon for the settings.

The wallpaper covers almost all the screen. Only the horizontal black bar shows battery level or if the battery is charging. Even if Wi-Fi or Bluetooth is on, its sign should not appear on the screen (or invisible ie same color as back). No other screens are available.

To use settings icon the password or something preventing direct access is required. In this case probably no need to delete useless applications. No 5 (sim cards blocking) anyway to be done.

No restrictions on downloaded applications to install.

If you can partly do the job we can discuss it later. If you can finally give me the new rom- fine. If you have different solution it is also acceptable.

The solution should be done in a way that I can do the same with the second or third phone if I need it.

Probably I choose wrong mobile for this aim or you have for reasons that different phone should be chosen.

It can be discussed but the phone should be 4-4.5 inches, inexpensive (100-130 USD in [url removed, login to view] for example).
