Simple Android & iOS app with plug in code (provided)

Hello,

I am looking for a very simple, proof of concept application that will incorporate a plug in from Kontack.io. The app will need to simply be a page with a logo and then have the plug in code that will make it aware of iBeacons. I need both a iOS and Android native apps.

I would like to have the code so that I can change the logo on the page, as well as be modular to be available to "plugin" to another application.

Private message - this should be a very simple and quick job but the iOS app must meet the guidelines for iTunes. Android can be direct download and install, but should also meet Play Store guidelines.

Since this is a very simple project - I am looking for quick response and low cost.
