I need an android water ripple effect live wallpaper project. The project may be implemented using libgdx or any kind of rendering engine. The live wallpaper should produce smooth water ripple effect and code should be have well cleaned and documented code flow. Setting screen should be properly implemented with ripple and back ground customization. Live wallpaper should support for both mobile and tablet. Minimum android support should be 2.2. More information will be provided after getting the response from the freelancer.
