Create 4 x IOS & Android eCommerce Mobile Applications

Hi, I need an experienced freelancer whom can create 4 x native Iphone and Android mobile applications. Each mobile application will carry the basic functions below : 1) Home 2) Search 3) Cart 4) Settings Budget : US$ 1400 only Milestones per Project : Initial US$ 50 milestone created upon start of project, to be released upon completion of each pair of IOS and Android application and handover to me. Remaining US$ 300 milestone payment released upon same pair of IOS / Android apps being submitted and approved by app store. There will be a total of 4 such projects to be done. Delivery : 5 days for per project (1 x IOS and Android application). Project will be canceled if freelancer cannot produce within 5 days per project.
