HTML5 player for all smatrphones & tablets (small project)

Simple task: a web site in HTML5 needs a SMALL peace of code with a simple music player (play, pause, jump in time and show time), and simple video player (same requriments).
It must work on: ALL androids (including 2.2!!!), all iPhones (including 5.1.1), tablets (at least iPad).
Trivial solutions (plugins as MediaElementsJS, JPlayer etc.) don't work on android 2.2, some android 2.3 and iPad...
BUT experts will write this in 5 minutes. Probably no more than 10 lines of code.
In addition, I need specification of the encoding of mp3 & mp4 & other files to work with your code.
