Guys, Two things delayed this project and so its repost:

2. Client making changes in design, so waited for the design to be finalized.
The deadline dates have been revised accordingly.
We are currently looking for a developer for each iPhone+iPad app and for Android App (Mobile + Tablet).
The app is very simple. The design is ready. And the PHP backend is ready which outputs the data saved in MySQL via JSON output. It has 3 language: English, Arabic, Persian. But you do not need to deal with it. Backend saves data in 3 languages, you just show those 3 versions in 3 tabs.
The app needs to be NATIVE. No Xamarin, PhoneGap, etc. needs to be used. iPhone, iPad should be in native Objective C (Xcode) and Android app in native ADT (Android SDK).
The app gets data via JSON through URL and displays to the user, plus stores data locally, in case the user is not connected to the internet , then the data can be shown to the user.
The app implements Local Notifications. User sets a specific time (like Alarm) and the app displays the stored data at that time, plus plays a notification sound and vibrates (if selected by the user)
Detailed document will be given to interested bidders. There are only 3 screens for the app and for an experienced developer it will take only 2 days to get it done. everything is ready from our end. The deadline for iPad+iPhone App is 19th August, 2013. And for Android App is 23rd August, 2013. You also need to help getting the app live on Apple iTunes and Google Play Market with client's name. Post deplyment support of 15days is required.
If you are not able to deliver by the deadline there will be penalty. So confirm if you feel comfortable to do it before the deadline.
Also SOURCE CODE needs to be provided. and all IP Rights remain with us. You need to agree to the terms, the bids of those will only be considered.
