Android App, upload SMS and Call logs to server

1. Need android app to run in background as service (quiet mode). 2. Upload incoming and outgoing calls to the server (will provide the server URL API that you need to execute) 3. Upload incoming and outgoing SMS to the server (will provide URL as well) 4. App must also send SMS which is stored in server, so the App should check for any new Message in the server and send out as SMS to desired number thru the phone (will provide URL to check for messages need to be send) 5. If there is no internet connection, the app should resume and do its task from where it left (including upload all call/sms logs that it didnt send while phone was offline) 6. Keep history in the app (such as outgoing SMS that was send by picking up message from the server, when lastly the app was synced) as that we will know the app is working. Example is PhoneLeash, but this only manages incoming SMS and call log by forwarding it to email. We want our app to send to our server. Another example is MightyText that keep history of incoming/outgoing SMS and call. At same time can reply SMS from the website. The purpose of this App not to spy any user, instead this app will be used by company to monitor staff phone activity because company mobile phones are owned by the company and its need to be logged to ensure no mis-use is happening. Hope you get the idea. We will provide all the website related parts. The App just need to trigger the URL to send the information such as [login to view URL] No need any fancy interface. As long as it does what we need, its all good. Working APK and source codes must be provided to us so that we can enhance this project again in future by contacting you or another available programmer.
