Android APP: when receiving an SMS the phone vibrates according to the VALUES written in the SMS message

Project name: SMS 2 Vibrate Description: I would like to have a small APP for Android that vibrates when receiving an SMS. Very important: based on the information in the message, the vibration should be different. The sms should contain 2 whole numbers (e.g.: '3-1' OR '4.4' OR '16'), the APP gets these values, and vibrates some LONG (1st number), and then some SHORT (2nd number). Example: the sms contains: '2,3'. So the APP vibrates 2 LONG and 3 SHORT. The 'vibration pattern' (length, and also the amplitude of the LONG and SHORT vibrations, and the delay between these two) should be defined by the user. The APP only reads the first 2 numbers in the sms ('-' hyphen, ',' comma, '.' dot, ' ' space etc. should be ignored). The numbers should be whole numbers in the ten-number system (0-9), so for example '01' is also a valid possibility. In this case, the APP vibrates 0 LONG, and 1 SHORT (of course only after the delay defined by the user, as this is part of the pattern setup). Another example: the sms message content is: '2*0%WQ1=8'. So the APP vibrates only 2 LONG (because the first number is 2, and the second number is 0 (zero), and all the other characters are irrelevant in the message). Amplitude is also to be set in the options menu by the user (0 is the minimum, 255 is maximum value, the LONG and SHORT vibrations should work with the same amplitude). Another important feature of the app is that it MUST work with locked screen! So when receiving the sms, the APP should be active in the background, and so vibrate the phone. There should be a solution for receiving (and processing) sms only from one phone number (pre-defined in the options scren). At the end of the project I would like to get the source code of the app, the task will be complete with it.
