Android Based OS

Hi, We need our customized android OS that supports weighing scale and label printer. As a Developer, I need an environment where I can run my apps with the hardware data such as weighing in the kernel Requirements: OS should be android based Hardware include Weighing Scale through multiple port settings (need User interface for selecting this.) Same for Printers, And connectivity through ethernet or external wifi device. The data from hardware should have global settings meaning any app can access those if android permissions are given. Documentation and guide to install the OS in any tablet User Experience Acceptance: On turning on the device, GR logo needs to be turned on. There would be a default app named settings which would contain hardware controls and management through different port settings. An icon on the header showing the scale and label printer online just like cellular network or battery. Should be configured to both landscape and portrait mode. All apps related to cell phone should not be present. A global keyboard and trackpad which can be used anywhere and be minimized and afloat. Maybe add it in the dropdown on top down swipe. Should be responsive to different screen sizes and aspect ratios. The label printer should be able to print without the need for manual mandatory input. Testing Criteria: Can be emulated through laptop. Be able to work in Tor-rey WLS 40, CAS CL 7200, ISHIDA and other weighing scales with attached display and printer.
