We are developing a healthcare app. We need to add a video Calling feature between doctor and patient.

Requirements:

Target: API 21 and above

Recording of all video calls (locally on doctor's mobile or amazon s3)

Kotlin language if possible

Flexibility:

To reduce work and our cost, some video call apis like sinch, tokbox, or agora can be used.

You can use any server to generate sessions and tokens

You can use FCM for notification part
