I have been mastering tvOS using Swift 2 for several months now and this would be and easy project given the Apple TVLM templates that are already available. This would certainly be a TVLM App as opposed a native tvOS app. Additionally, I would hope to set it up so that the TVLM and Javascript content would always be loaded remotely, thereby allowing the app to be modified without having to go the the Apple review process again after the initial launch.
