Basic APP for iOS and Android

We need an APP for IOS and Android, as shown in attached images. The requirements are:
1. Use the colors from the client logo
2. In the product detail section, create a button linked to DISTRIBUTORS section as specified in the image attached. Once there, the product field must be autopopulated with the previous category option picked by the client/visitor.
3. If user gets to DISTRIBUTORS section without passing trough PRODUCT page, he needs to fill a conditional form, made of 3 fields - select category, select location and as result the last field must be conditionated by category (8 categories) and location (20 areas).
The last conditional field (in DISTRIBUTORS section) will show by category and location the available distributors and their contact details.
