Build a mobile app

We are looking for help in converting our prototype audio visual textbook into an app and we need help with implementation, ideas and better solutions if any [Please find attached app below]. How do we turn this audio, visual, graphic content into an app to deliver the content to students on semi smart phone, smart phone, tablet. Android, iOX and any other operating system that you think are relevant How do we facilitate the app to operate like a book that plays frames in the same way as we have it in the prototype? We are calling this a virtual textbook. How do we enable the functions of play, stop, fast-ward, slow motion, content sharing, social media messaging and rewind? How do we enable students to share frames of what it is they are studying How do you allow for assessments, if you watch the app on the second last page or the last page we have a test. How do we allow for testing of students and have the test assessed from a database and give instant results? How do we facilitate chat between students and lecturers. How do we allow for adverts to run through the app at the end of every topic? We would like to use this to get brands to reach the millions of students who will use the book. Suggestions welcome. How do you have the following two alternatives: Cloud system Download of the whole course material onto a student device for those with no access to internet? How do we reduce file sizes for those who are going to keep copies on their device What other recommendations would you have for us on how we can enhance an app and make it more useful to students?
